Every setup uses commercial Samsung screens, 43″ to 85″, on floor stands, portrait stands, counter stands or wall mounts. Touch screens and video walls are available for bigger rooms.

Pick sizes, mounts and dates in the quote builder. In the notes, write “PO” and the billing entity, plus any building security or loading dock rules.

We confirm stock and the venue, then email a written, all-in quote you can attach to a purchase order.

Our installers set the screens up, load your content and come back for everything after the event.

TV Rental NYC is a service of CrownTV. The screens you rent are the commercial Samsung units CrownTV installs permanently for national brands, delivered by the same installers.
Is TV Rental NYC the same company as CrownTV?
Yes. TV Rental NYC is a CrownTV brand. CrownTV is Crown Heights Communication, Inc., a New York digital signage company founded in 2012, and the NYS and NYC WBE certifications are held by that company.
Can you deliver to schools and government buildings?
Yes. We deliver to non-residential venues only, and public and private schools, universities and government offices all qualify. Tell us about security check-in, loading docks or elevator bookings in your quote notes.
Why a two-day minimum?
Every rental is one trip out and one trip back with an installer. Two days is the shortest booking that covers that and still gives you the screen for your whole event.
Can you deliver to public schools in all five boroughs?
Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are included in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Long Island, Westchester and North Jersey add $120 each way.
