TV Rental NYC is a service of CrownTV, a New York digital signage company founded in 2012. The screens you rent are the commercial Samsung units we install in stores for national brands, and the people who deliver them do this every week.

Questions people ask before booking
Why a two-day minimum?
Every rental is one trip out and one trip back with an installer. Two days is the shortest booking that covers that and still gives you the screen for your whole event.
Do you deliver to homes or apartments?
No. We deliver to commercial venues only: stores, offices, galleries, hotels, convention centers and event spaces.
How do I get my content on the screen?
Send a video or image file before delivery and we load it on a USB. For live updates during a multi-day event, add a cloud-managed player for $45 per screen.
Can you deliver to the Javits Center?
Yes. We schedule the dock and handle the labor rules; there is a $150 coordination fee on Javits bookings. Read the Javits exhibitor guide.
How bright does a window screen need to be?
About 2,500 nits to read through glass in daylight; our window unit runs 3,000. How many nits you need, explained.
What happens after I send a quote?
We check stock and the venue, then email you an approved quote with a link to pay the 50% deposit. Nothing is charged until you accept. Balance is due on delivery.
