Two 65″ or 75″ on floor stands either side of the lectern, or one 55″ in a smaller room. Your laptop connects over HDMI, or we play the deck from USB.

A 75″ or 85″ on a floor stand beside the stage for the slideshow, and 43″ screens on counter stands at check-in tables.
Government & agency events
65″ or 75″ on floor stands facing the room so everyone can follow the presentation, plus a 43″ at sign-in.
Galas & fundraisers
Sponsor loops on 55″ portrait stands at the entrance and a 75″ or 85″ by the stage for the appeal video. Big room? A 2×2 or 3×3 video wall.
Launches & press events
An 85″ as the stage backdrop and 55″ portrait stands along the walk-in. Facing the street? The 3,000-nit OM55B reads through window glass at noon.
Conferences & ballrooms
Floor stands in every breakout room, the big sizes for the general session, and touch screens on kiosk stands for registration.

Why a two-day minimum?
Every rental is one trip out and one trip back with an installer. Two days is the shortest booking that covers that and still gives you the screen for your whole event.
Can you deliver to schools and government buildings?
Yes. We deliver to non-residential venues, and schools, universities and government offices all qualify. Put security check-in, loading dock or elevator rules in your quote notes and we plan the delivery around them. Booking for a school or agency.
How do I get my content on the screen?
Send a video or image file before delivery and we load it on a USB. For live updates during a multi-day event, add a cloud-managed player for $45 per screen.
How fast is the quote?
You get an approved quote by email within hours on business days. We check stock and the venue first, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Do you do sound, projectors or lighting?
No. We rent screens only and focus on commercial displays: Samsung screens from 43″ to 85″, stands, mounts, touch screens and video walls. Book sound, projection and lighting through your venue or an AV company. Your laptop connects over HDMI.
